تركز الصين على الإقتصاد وكأنه الأم التي ترعى أبنائها السياسة ،الإجتماع، الثقافة، الأمن .. لذا وصل الناتج القومي الى 4.7 تقريبا وصحيح أنه يعتمد على إقتصاد السوق الإشتراكي socialist market economy
لكنه ليس بشكل تقليدي أي أنه مطعم ببعض المبادئ الرأسمالية capitalist principles
مما يعني أنه إنفتح على العديد من الفضاءات الإقتصادية كا التجارة العالميةGATT ثم WTO وكذلك البريكسBRICS والعشرين ودول آسيا و77 وبهذا إكتسبت الصين إمتياز حيوي في أسواق متعددة سواءا في الشرق الأدنى والأوسط وفي وسط أوروبا والغرب الأدنى والأقصى مما يعني إكتساب مناطق إقتصادية شفافة تعكس النفوذ الإقتصادي Economic enfluence وذلك من خلال التصنيع والتصنيع التقني عالي الجودة بالرغم من مواجهته تحديات داخلية وخارجيةInternal and external challenges على رأسها أزمة العقارات وتناقص الطلب المحلي والتحديات الخارجية بشقيها الإقتصادي والسياسي والتي تتمحور تجاه تايوان وكوريا الجنوبية واليابان ومحاولة تجنب المخاطر الجيوسياسية التي تزيد من الأعباء.. ومن هنا تأتي فكرة طريق الحرير القطبي بحيث ينحرف مسار السفن الصينية عبر سواحلها الشرقية متجهة شمالا بإتجاة المحيط المتجمد حتى مضيق بيرينغ ثم يستمر إبحارها بمحاذاة سواحل شمال روسيا حتى تصل موانئ أوروبا  وبالفعل شركة sea legend  الصينية كانت قد بدأت هذا المسار الجديد وحطت في موانئ فيلكستو البريطانية ، هامبورغ الألمانية ، قيدينيا البولاندية وهذا الطريق الحديث بالرغم أنه يقلص مدة الرحلة على سبيل المثال من شهر عبر المسارات التقليدية إلى نصف شهر وهذا أمر مواتي  لكن هذا الطريق بارد قليلا مما يعني أنه سيكون موسمي في فصل الصيف تحديدا بحيث يكون الجليد ذائبا بعكس طريق الحرير القديم بنسخته الأولى وأعني البري عبر الهند فالسند حتى الشام وأنطاكيا فأوروبا ويعود هذا الطريق لأسرة هان قبل ألفي سنة تقريبا وسمي بهذا الأسم لأنه كان يتم تصدير منتج الحرير الصيني عبر هذا المسار بوسائل النقل البدائية ثم عبر سكك الحديد والعربات والمقطورات ثم استمر هذا المسار بنسخته الثانية عبر البحر أي طريق الحرير عبر كوالالمبور فاسنغافورا وعبر سواحل الهند حتى بحر العرب وهنا يتبلور سؤال محوري حول طريق الحرير القطبي أو المتجمد الجديد بنسخته الثالثة هل سيحتل مكانة إستراتيجية؟ من خلال تجاوزه للتحديات التي تفرضها المحددات السياسية والأمنية للدول سواءا المحورية أو المتوسطة والكبرى وتغيرات ومتغيرات بيئة السياسة الدولية ومجمل ما سبق  من عوامل غير مواتية على التجارة العالمية على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي والتي لا تحتمل إستمرار أي أزمة حتى على صعيد المستقبل القريب.. وهذا ما ستجبب عليه الأيام أو الأسابيع وربما الشهور المقبلة.

جعلتَ طهوراً له الأرضَ والسماءُ وحياً لاينقطعُ وكانَ لأولي العزمِ نبراسُ ¤¤¤

تَحلتْ تحتفيْ بالخضراءِ الحكمهُ والإيمانِ لمنْ عظُمَ شأنهُ وذكراهُ ¤¤¤

صلىَ عليهِ الله و الملكُ صفاً ولآنَ بذكرهِ كلُ رَطبٍ ورقَ الفؤادُ ¤¤¤

رفعَ بيمناهِ في خُمٍ معصمَ حَيدرةٍ قد فازَ من والآهُ وحظُ دونهِ الغمُ ¤¤¤

كانَ بمفازةٍ من بعدُ ومن قبلُ لكنهُ لم يسأمَ حمداً حتى تفطرتْ قدماهُ ¤¤¤
