الخارجية الروسية بموسكو تستدعي السفير الياباني أكيرا موتو على خلفية تصريحات أدلت بها رئيسة الوزراء اليابانية تكاتشي تعليقا على زيارة الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين الأسبوع الماضي لجزر الكوريل جنوب البلاد فيما أعتبرت تكاتشي أن هذة الزيارة تجرح مشاعر الشعب الياباني.
